Thank you so much for joining me on this new journey. While I did start my first catering company in 2005 (holy cow that was 15 years ago), it's been a few years since I've had the time to cook professionally. I'm thrilled to get going again in Chicago and will be taking new orders asap.
It is difficult to describe my relationship with food. It is more of an "eat to live" rather than a "live to eat" style. But I do know what I like and I know what is good for my body and Cynthia's cooking and choices are phenomenal, to say the least. After having the pleasure (and I do mean pleasure) of eating at least 5 very different meals prepared and delivered to my door, I was totally blown away. Savoring each bite in an understatement.
